Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only on eligible items that meet all of the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags, packaging, accessories, and protective materials are still attached and included.

The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

The item shows no signs of wear, use, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, odors, alterations, or damage.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping expenses.

Once your return has been received and approved after inspection, you may choose one of the following:

Exchange your item for another product (price differences will apply),

or

Receive store credit for the value of the approved returned item.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
